This is an activity we have to schedule more regularly these days. My kids come home from school literally bouncing off the walls. I have sent them out for bike rides, and playing on the slide in the backyard, and even make them walk a portion of the way home from school after carpool pick-up, but they are still crazy!

When can we come with you? Seriously, can we schedule something on the calendar? I would be happy to swim with them, especially since I am super tan. Ok, not super and not really tan but I do have color!
That sounds like lots of fun. Maybe we can come help Joseph with the kids when you are no longer able to waddle your way into the water.:-) And, yes, Cec, help quick, since you are tan--it looks great!
