Christmas Baby
Carrie and Luke are both doing well and I leave in just a few hours to bring them both home from the hospital. It will be a crazy and busy time of year for a new baby, but it will be just what we need to help us slow down, quiet down and focus on the right things this season. For those of you who have been waiting for a better view of baby Luke, feast your eyes on this!

This is beautiful! I am overcome with emotion thinking how lucky he is to be born into your family. The kids loved watching this with me too, Max said about five times "he is so cute!" and he has asked that we watch again later.
Beautiful, Joseph,( the baby and the video). What a miracle, what a sweet Christmas gift. We are so happy for you and for all of us to have him join our family.
Congratulations! What a precious little gift for the holidays. Love the name Luke. Hope you get some much deserved rest and pampering. You deserve it! Maybe I'll get to meet him next year at the Smith Christmas party:)Hopefully we'll be lucky and see each other sooner.

Precious precious precious. I am in tears. And although it doesn't make me baby hungry (miracle!!!), it does make me want to hang out with this little man and get to know him better. Thanks for letting me come to meet him in his first few hours on earth. I feel honored.
By the way, I love that I know what Carrie is laughing about in that movie (tee hee). Funny stuff.
This is the sweetest. I was totally teary watching it and my kids loved watching it too. :) So happy for you guys and sweet baby luke. He is joining a wonderful family.
