Heidi's Baby Shower

This weekend we hosted a baby shower for Miss Heidi and "Baby Beidi." It made for a busy week last week but it was fun to have a project and brave the cold mornings to meet up with my mom and Cec at Gardner Village and JoAnn's to get all our decorating, food and favor ideas in order. It ended up being a fantastic evening with a great turnout. I especially loved seeing Heidi's cute friends and adoring family who have so much love for her and genuine excitement for this new phase of her life. Women are phenomenal like that (if I do say so myself :)--so supportive, loving, encouraging and filled with generosity.

Check out Heidi's blog for more pics...
Now here's to 10 more weeks Heid--hope all your new gifts will be fun to organize until you can actually "play" with them as you bring your baby boy home!

Yes I am already having fun with all the gifts and so is Ben- yesterday he wanted to take all the tags off and get started in cleaning them and organizing them. He is so cute when he gets excited about these things ;-). Thank you soooooo much for all your work and love and support- that was a great evening!

It was such a fun party~yay that Heidi has so many cute friends to visit with! And it was fun getting ready for it with you! We will always be able to laugh at the outrageous bill in the candy store and the fact that I fell down in the parking lot of Gardner Village. Fun times!

Cute heidi. I loved having baby showers and fun new things for my little one. It's too bad that showers don't keep coming when you have another child. bummer.
