Joseph rallied the troops on Saturday--between his family and mine we had quite a turnout, ready to ride the old Herriman hills.

Saturdays this summer almost always begin with one of Joseph's long bike rides. I am really so sad I don't feel good enough to join him yet. Soon?

Had to post the silly shot...

and Joseph's sweet helmet hair (this shot from his 4th of July ride up in Park City)

Oh this is so hilarious to me cause it just reminds me how soooo not ready I am to do a triathlon with many of those folks. Training has been a JOKE for me this time around. Oh well!
Joseph is coming along in his biking strength, I think he will do well. Dad and I came home and conked out on the couches watching the Tour de France after that ride! We were glad to be invited along. It was a beautiful morning.
Looks like a fun crew! Too bad they all didn't have microphones built into their helmets so that they could communicate with each other. I would just spend the ride laughing at Tom and Joe's comments if that was the case! But then I would have an ab workout as well!
Joe is looking so skinny in all these pics. Go Joe. Looks like a fun bike ride.
