Hair: before and afterHow is it that I can drag myself out into a blizzard for a haircut but cannot for the life of me make myself go to the grocery store? It's been way too long around here and we are fishing things out of the freezer and storage room. I really, really do not want to take 3 kids to the store and yet when Joseph's home in the evening it is just too cold and dark to venture out.

You both look great! As for the food, the freezer and food storage need to be turned over once in a while anyway. I am the same, haven't been grocery shopping since the 23rd (and I don't even have to lug kids!)
Hey if I can take my kids grocery shopping in the freezing cold, you can do it too- I believe in you!
Cute girls and haircuts! I totally understand the drive to venture out for a haircut but not to the grocery store! And Heidi only has two kids, which is easier than three kids so even though she might be in -12 degrees, she has it easy :-).
I went to the store yesterday and all I bought was snack foods for our New Year's party with the Horsleys. What a waste of a trip. Now I will have to go back and buy real food. Lame.

Tee hee, I am funny Heid! I totally know that it isn't easy to take two littles out and especially not in the cold...you are going to be one tough mother after your 5 years in Rochester!
